I had a nice rug from my folks condo and did not know it's value. Called Rugs By Zhaleh in Boca to inquire and was warmly greeted. Responsive, kind, knowledgeable and professional are words that accurately describe my experience with their staff. They did a fast and honest appraisal and I even learned a few things about decorative rugs. A great interaction I am definitely glad I called and recommend you do as well.
