I chose to disregard the negative review for this business because their price was very competitive and discovered that there is a new owner. The service I received was prompt and very professional. Mike, the new owner, is very personable and knowledgable. He also has a good sense of color and is meticulous in his work. Sketchy Business and terrible customer service, very Rude! Left me high and dry and told me to find Another person to do the job after not communicating with me for days. Literally in the middle of working out the pricing After picking out pad and carpet he said he had to go to his vehicle to crunch numbers and ended up driving off and not returning saying he was late For another appointment and he would get back to me later only to say find someone else if i had a problem with the price! I was looking for carpet repair guy who I have used for 2years on craigslist his name matt irby he was always carpet repair guy so I called this place he claimed he was the carpet repair guy I said no/ been using matt irby for years he was lying and rude after call I found an old card and called the real carpet repair guy/ He said this rug by design was flagging him on craiglist and trying to steal his name and business WOW this guy I called was rude and dishonest .
