Quality was pretty nice but they don’t come the size you order. I ordered a 4 x 6 and got a 4 x 5. They are not willing to replace or correct the mistake and it was no cheap purchase. $480 and all I was offered was 10% off!! Good quality, terrible customer service!! Mike James was the criminal
I have been trying to contact the company directly about purchasing some of their rugs, to match those already purchased from a retailer. I have called, emailed many times and not one reply. Not even an acknowledgement of my inquiry. Maybe this will get them to reply to me.
