Stay the heck away from them. I just picked up a customers car from them last week. Ruggles had dummied up a service order and stated that the cars engine had been distroyed and needed to be replaced. They supposedly checked the engine for compression but what I found under the hood of their work only amounted to 15 minutes of work not the $300 that my customer was billed for. Don't do it! I had gone in to get my steering fluid pump hoses replaced and they were charging me $550 to replace $100 hoses! Not to mention they kept my only car that I use for work for 3 days. In the end, I was left with a half-fixed car and $300 short!
