Tried to purchase a log splitter today, But Paul the sales guy is so rude I just could not give them my money. I did really want to purchase it. Don't really know their products but suspect they delete any low star reviews. Who knows but they aren't the only game in town. Guess they don't really need your money.
This 22 ton ruggedmade is dollar for dollar the best on the market. I’m on my 3rd year with it. I service 4 campgrounds and about 75 regular customers every year. This splitter puts food on my family’s table. I beat the shit out of it and just comes back for more. Aftermarket support has been second to none. Ruggedmade always always returns phone calls and emails. Outstanding company and outstanding product lineup.
Purchased a bolt on wedge with the 4 way option for my old log splitter. After 5 months the wedge bent after splitting a piece of oak with a knot in it. Sent pictures in and they quickly said I overloaded it and won't replace or refund. When I'm ready to retire my old splitter I know to stay away from anything that says rugged made on it IF MY 15 YEAR OLD 26 TON SPLITTER CAN OVERLOAD THE WEDGE THAN THAT TELLS ME YOUR 37 TON SPLITTER WOULDNT DO WHAT I WANT IT TO DO ANYWAY. YOUR PRODUCT IS JUNK
