These guys are awesome. Candice my sales rep was amazing and very helpful. She had no problem making the corrections I needed throughout the process of building my rugged radio setup. If I could Leave 10 stars I would. Highly recommend Candice if you are looking to buy this product.
Just recently bought my first set of radios, harnesses and helmet kits for me and my son, all items shipped out extremely quick, I had a question and it was answered immediately through a phone call, had to warranty a helmet headset so I decided to just drop by their shop. First the shop is top notch and customer service is some of the best I ever received, the customer service alone will be the reason I continue to do business with Rugged Radios.
