Great box with amazing coaches. The place is really good with all the equipment you can ask for in a Crossfit gym along with caring owners in Jamie and Adam. I always make it a point to drop in whenever I am in town.
Excellent work out facility....!!! Friendly and helpful in all ways......at 53 years old I am learning MANY new things and new awesome work outs.....! Thank you Rugged Peaks.....GIVE IT A TRY......!
Truly could not ask for a better gym or community of members. The coaches are all incredibly knowledgeable and able to provide great feedback to help improve your performance, and the members are so supportive, friendly, and happy to see you succeed. Owners Jamie and Adam have done a wonderful job of cultivating a great and positive environment! Couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else!
