I do not go here, but two of your members were so helpful and thoughtful to my family when our car had trouble. What wonderful souls!! We are very grateful.
Amazing gym! First timer to CrossFit and weightlifting but all the coaches are so knowledgeable and approachable. The gym owners are the kindest people and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. There is a nice sense of community within and lots of encouragement/support from everyone and activities outside class to help foster the community. Truly glad to have stumbled upon this gym, if you are looking for a new place to try out, this is the one!!
