Great customer service, and HUGE selection of Carhartt and other major brands. Any issues with my orders I was directed to they're customer service and told to leave a message with order info.once I was emailed and helped through the return process pretty quickly. I am very happy and will be ordering again.
I ordered a size medium carheartt sweatshirt and received a size 2xl. I returned the first 2xl. I then received a 2Xl again ! the company does not answer my phone calls,I'm trying to get a refund. I question the ability of these people to conduct buisness.buyer beware.
They act like they are doing you a favor They are always too busy to help you find clothes. The fact is I went there to buy long sleeve Carharrt shirts for $25.00 each and the lady just ignored me. So I went into their parking lot and ordered 8 long sleeve Carharrt shirts for over $200.00 on AMAZON Dont they know AMAZON has all this stuff. They should make the counter lady aware that they will be loosing customers if she doesnt change her s***** attitude. ??????
