Hampton Road's Premier Ninja Warrior Training Facility. Featuring over 30+ obstacles you've seen on the tv show American Ninja Warrior and American Ninja Warrior Junior. Kids ages 6+ and adults are welcome. Technical classes, open gyms, birthday parties, team building, one on one training are all available at this facility. We celebrated my son’s birthday at the ROC, and it was incredibly fun! Activities for all ages even the parents were in on it. Also, it’s much harder than it looks, but worth the try! Coordinating with Darwin was easy and the coaches at the party were so good with all of the kids and better yet, could demo all of the obstacles!!!! They kept them safe and happy. All of my kids are requesting a repeat party this year there!
So much family fun! Owner is dedicated and facility is clean!
We started attending Chainbreakers last month. Chainbreakers is a great place for you or your child to try something different, stay active, build confidence and strength. Darwin, the owner, is great with kids. He has a ton of patience and keeps the activities fun!
Welcoming, clean and FUN gym with lots of amazing equipment!
