Roughly a month ago, I contacted Rugged fence to come out and give me an estimate for a fence to be installed in the front of my house. Time was of the essence. I have a senior dog that lost the ability to go down steps safely. So she needed to be let out my front door. I was able to get an appointment easily. I contacted rugged fence for a custom privacy fence project whereby my neighbor and I would be joining our two yards into a super backyard. Rugged fence was amazing. They were on constant communication with me, about everything from potential weather delays and possibilities of options for completion. The workman were punctual, professional, and respectful of their surroundings. I will recommend this company to any friends and family looking into new fencing in the future, and I will call again for any of my future needs!
Definitely a 5 star organization. From beginning conversations with Kevin to completed projects, they have been professional and courteous. The construction team was exceptional. Polite and courteous. Showed up on time. Removing all old fencing and installation of new. They listened to our thoughts and created a fabulous custom double gate. It's really beautiful and exceeded our expectations. A real focal point that adds so much to our backyard. Many thanks to the Team at Rugged Fence.
If you need a new fence, look at Rugged Fence first. I had them replace my three board fence with a new privacy fence, a three board fence, a post and wire fence, and a gate. They do excellent work at a very reasonable price. Their digital system makes the experience incredibly easy. Handling the scheduling, calendar invites, and payments online completely eliminates the usual back and forth phone tag. I highly recommend supporting this local, veteran owned business.
With a big purchase like a fence we definitely got a few quotes and ended up going with rugged fence and we’re so glad we did! Spencer and his wife Tatsiana are awesome, he came out and did the quote himself and gave us some design ideas that we didn’t even think of, they were a tiny bit more expensive than the other two quotes we received, but they were on time, communicated with us from start to finish, local, and veteran owned.
