From first contact to completion of service, this company is amazing. Michelle who came out to do the estimate took her time and did it right. She was patient, understanding, and just a joy to chat with. She made sure to find every marker and paid attention to the plat map. Great fence work done on a project that others declined due to lack of access for heavy equipment. Rugged Fence made it work and got the project done in one day! We love it!
I had an appointment with Rugged Fence to come out and view my property for a fence quote. Initially, they did not show up, however, they did come out after being made aware of the missed appointment. The quote provided was fair, and they are willing to work with you since they offer financing. I am still contemplating my business with them only due to the fact that I need additional work done to make sure the property is ready for a fence. For example, taking trees down, moving stone, filling in holes.
