From the first call I made to all the calls I made to ask questions throughout the process and to make sure I was doing the online stuff correctly I was so amazed at how I was treated! I had lost a lot of faith in customer service in general until I called Rugged Fence! I highly recommend them! The whole process was so painless! Great group of people to work with!!
First and foremost, we would like to clearly state that Rugged Fence far exceeded our expectations from planning through installation. Communication and the planning process was flawless. Spencer Russell was able to translate our needs for security for our pets and balance the aesthetics of a rural home. The project price was incredibly reasonable. The installation was prompt, professionally done and flawless. Highly recommend without hesitation. We are looking forward to our next project with them in the Spring.
After seeing my neighbor’s 4 board oak fence by Rugged Fence, I contacted them about painting my horse fencing. They were easy to work with on estimate and scheduling. They showed up when they said they would and were responsive to questions. In addition, the employees were polite, did a great job, and cleaned up when the job was completed.

From the estimate, to the installment and the final walk through, everything has been 10/10. Spencer was very thoughtful about landscaping to short term and long term goals with the fencing. He was kind and thorough. Had an excellent mind for the project I was talking him through. Their team worked efficiently, installed fencing on around 1 acre on mountain terrain in just 1.5 days!
