With a big purchase like a fence we definitely got a few quotes and ended up going with rugged fence and we’re so glad we did! Spencer and his wife Tatsiana are awesome, he came out and did the quote himself and gave us some design ideas that we didn’t even think of, they were a tiny bit more expensive than the other two quotes we received, but they were on time, communicated with us from start to finish, local, and veteran owned. Spencer and his crew did a phenomenal job repairing and restoring our electric gate. From the initial estimate to completion, everything was smooth, professional, and on point. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend to anyone needing gate repair.
I’m writing this experience to save someone like me, in the future. I had excellent response and customer service UNTIL Rugged Fence was supposed to install the fence!!! I got a quote, “Spencer” came to my home and I had my deposit ready to send and crickets! I called the office on 3 occasions and they were kind, acted like it was “so weird” Spencer didn’t call me back and would make sure he would “this time” and crickets!
