I have been coming and bringing my 2019 Outback and 2019 Ascent to Ruge Subaru Rhinebeck since last year when we moved up to Dutchess County from Westchester and they have never disappointed. Everybody has been professional and courteous from the service advisors to the car jockeys and even the office staff over the phone. Joseph Cummaro would pay attention to every issue both cars have and addresses them promptly only after informing me of the cost and duration of work that needs to be done. Always pleasant and on time
First time going to Ruges Subaru and they where awesome. They fixed my old 1999 Forester right as rain. JT my advisor was great, super communicative and knowledgeable.
