This is my second car from Ruge’s. The team there is knowledgeable and professional. I do have an issue with the dealership itself.Others offer free oil and tire rotation. Last deal I had I received a three year deal on remote start as well as other things that go with it. They are just as big as other dealerships. Why must I be offer a discounted package for oil and tire and now I pay for the remote service.They make enough on my turned in n lease( way. Under the mileage). The pettiness just turns me off.
