Great customer focus always helpful
Their service was pretty good. The service advisor person was very very nice. I had gone into schedule an appointment for a recall and make sure the parts are in stock but when I dropped off the vehicle on Monday I was told the parts were not in stock and they have to be ordered the next day. Wasn't too much of an issue. But I would have liked to have known that the parts were not in stock on Wednesday the day I came in so they could be ordered it was a standard recall. But overall satisfied.
You requested this review. I brought my Ford Fusion in for a issue with it not fully using the navigation system with my cell phone. After waiting4 plus hours, I was sent home with a broken car. The touch screen is inoperable. The radio channel I had was changed and can not be reset, the air conditioner is also only blowing high or off. I was told that the part needed to fix the problem is non-existant and that they would look into it.
