This is not the first review that I have written for Ruges Ford. I wrote one a few months ago for Will and Tammy. Today I had my Explorer serviced and there were some issues with the alignment. I have always been treated very fairly by the service department, so it was obviously a no-brainer when it came for me to purchase my vehicle. I did it through Will and not the original Dealership.
