Prompt, efficient, outstanding service.
Was not happy with the outcome of my service due to the fact that I reported a slow leaking tire and they overpressurized the left it without? Road testing it or anything I took it back in the service writer? Matt corrected it but I don't feel that I should have To Do that I take trust in Ford working on my truck. That's why I go there and then I have a negative outcome like this. It was only a minor mishap but if I did not check it I was headed out in the road. I possibly could have had a tire blow. I had a 10:00 appointment to which I arrived at 9:55. The vehicle wasn’t taken into the service bays until 10:30. For an oil change and tire rotation, the vehicle wasn’t ready until 11:40. When I stated that I wasn’t pleased, the service advisor apologized and said there was a software problem resulting in overbooking. I was promised that wouldn’t happen again.
Great place for servicing your car. They are respectful, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, always going the extra mile. I recommend Ruges 💯
