Service was scheduled through app. Dealer called to confirm service and date, I was also offered a special that was on the app for approximately an 85 oil change and tire rotation. I asked are you sure my truck is a diesel and was told yes . when dropping off vehicle I was told no that was incorrect and that I must have been mistaken, I replied no I actually am sure since I wanted to verify the proper oil was in stock. The woman at service counter was a bit rude and combative which I did not appreciate especially since she w... read more
