I have lived in Rugby Valley Apt.Homes for a few years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences since I've lived here especially with the ladies in the Leasing office Cynthia and Carletta the Dream Team as I call them.They are extremely helpful, and very understanding.If there is a problem you can always depend on them to try to figure things out.This is the place that I call home and I love living here.

Ms. Carletta made sure that my leasing experience was a breeze. She was very polite and a pleasure to speak with while I toured. She processed my documents immediately and I received the keys within a matter of days upon submitting my application. The apartments are upgraded and location is great. I highly recommend these apartments.
I just signed my lease again for the 3rd year. I'm a single mother of two and this place has been a blessing for me and my girls. The management team is amazing l. Ms Carletta helped me move in and sense then she's always had my best interest always in good spirits and works hard alongside with Ms Cynthia. I've had a few maintenance complaints but Mike has always came in a timely manner to fix the issue. I really appreciate their hard work and don't plan on leaving till I become a home owner
I LOVE LIVING HERE!!!! I moved here in 2010 and have found a constant stream of continuous joy with my residence. Yes, there have been changes in management over the years but a beat was never missed. Cynthia and Carletta are GREAT!!! They are both personable and professional property managers with attention and consideration of my residential needs.
