Super friendly and knowledgeable associates! Great customer service.
We had an issue with our RV awning and brought it to Rugby Homes & RV Center looking for a temporary fix until the right part was ordered. They took great care of us with same day immediate service and their outside the box thinking got the entire issue resolved with a permanent fix and we are on our way!! Thank You!
My husband and I are purchasing our first camper and the staff here has been so wonderful! Kevin was very kind and quick to find us exactly what we were looking for! Terry the salesman has a true heart of gold , overall great customer service. They truly care about the people of Williston here ☺️
Traded in my camper for an older camper more suitable for our growing family. The manager offered a major appliance check for free, usually not included in an older low priced unit. We couldn’t be happier with the quickness and quality of the whole process. Thank you
Tom Bass and I were on a hunting trip in very cold weather our furnace failed. They got us in right away, had the required parts and we were back to hunting in 3 hours. The best RV service we have ever had. If you need a repair or a new RV this is the place. Thanks again to the Rugby team.
