They have great sales and kind staff, however they do not tell you that the downs are not refundable, even if you don’t sign any papers. Legally unreliable, but good campers.
I purchased a used camper from Rugby Homes and RV Center recently. Tim and Terry any the crew provided absolute excellent customer service to me. They went thru all the things with me to know how to run everything as o am a first time camper owner. They also made sure that everything was in working condition before leaving there property. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service or been treated any better. If I enjoy being a new camper owner I will definitely be going back to them.
