I ordered a rug online and the communication was excellent but most importantly the rug is beautiful, beautiful quality and looks amazing in our babies room. We ordered the splender whispy white round rug, very happy with our purchase!
I ordered an Ozark rug which not only was priced significantly lower than competitors but came with free delivery. I was expecting that slow service would be the trade off, however my order placed on a Sunday was dispatched from Sydney on Monday and delivered via a very good courier on Tuesday. I was easily able to contact the business via mobile on the Monday and they were very helpful and responsive. To cap it all off the rug is beautiful!
