I was a huge fan of Rug and Weave. I made a significant purchase just prior to a big sale, which I was really excited about. However, I’m extremely disappointed that the store is refusing to honor the sale price on this previous large purchase. I understand that mistakes can happen, but as a loyal customer, I expected better transparency and consistency when it comes to pricing and sales promotions.
