SCAM - they did a last minute “clearance” taking orders saying their warehouse is moving. They didn’t say where to, and no new location provided. Took the money, the order was never delivered. Phone disconnected. Most likely the company went bankrupt and final resort to get every single cent out of customers for their debt
Rug Warehouse is a scam! They took our money then did a runner, the store has closed down and their phones have been disconnected. Dragged it out for a few weeks telling us the head office was busy moving locations, then they didn’t know where the rug was, then they would deliver it. Then their phones disconnected, store shut in the space of 24 hours and not another word.

27 January 2025 Mohammed and Mehrab, I have not yet received a return call/ response or resolution re: the outstanding refund for my rug order. Note that if I do not receive the refund by January 31, 2025, I will be compelled to pursue other avenues for resolution. Would prefer to resolve this matter directly with you to avoid unnecessary complications. Beware , this place is a scam. Made full payment of $1300 for two rugs in dec. they stopped ans our calls and closed the place . Product never got delivered
