Great place, I have dealt with the owner many times, he's a trustworthy person and knows everything about Persian rugs. He taught me the history of the rugs and what to look for, what to look out for etc, differences in manufacturing based on country etc, who know there was so much to know about rugs. A+++
I have never spoken to someone so incredibly rude on the phone before. I had a question regarding what my rug was worth and the man on the phone told me unless I told him what I paid for it, he would not help me. He continued to say that I was not cooperating with him, but I simply wanted to know the significance of the price I paid for it and why that would affect what the rug was worth to him.
