Rug renovating called me after the inspected the rug and made recommendations as to the cleaning treatments necessary for this rug. I followed their recommendation and the rug is now magnificent
They did an excellent job cleaning my hand made braided rug (made by my Great Grandmother and Great Aunt). The staff was courteous and carefully picked up and returned my rug. I highly recommend Rug Renovating.
