I have used this service for twenty years and have always Chris and Juan to be very professional and polite. Their results are beyond compare.
Chris and his team did a great job with our carpets and rugs. We were preparing our house for sale and the rugs looked like new after his crew finished. The team was responsive, professional, and showed up and finished on time.
Rug Renewal does take-out cleaning of area rugs. The process got all of the dust and fur out of my 5x8' rug and preserved the color and feel of the carpet.
