Beware. Do not hire Rug-Ratz carpet and floor cleaning shreveport. Came to clean my hardwood floors and I come home to this! Bob from Rug-Ratz was blaming my original floor install person. I emergently called my builder Wesley Thomas (a high end custom home builder) who brought his floor expert who did the floor 13 years ago.
