I am very pleased with the expertise I found at Rug Masters. I went in to clean a rug that is made with wool and silk threads and a runner that is made with cotton threads. They immediately realized that these two pieces can’t be treated the same way, the cotton runner must be cleaned by hand without soaking in water so that the colors don’t get messed up.
