The best rug cleaning service around! We had a living room rug that was originally a beautiful silver, gray, cream and black. Before long, it became dirty and dingy. We had it cleaned elsewhere but the results were disappointing. We thought we might need to replace the rug, but we looked around and found Rug Masters - and wow, the results are nothing short of amazing. The rug looks like it is brand new again. We are thrilled! Rugs were just delivered. Excellent service, the rugs look amazing. They picked them up and dropped off, and were two hundred dollars cheaper than other rug cleaners. Knowledgable, on-time for pickup and delivery, and very personable. Cleaning process - very detailed - was explained on the phone. This company really knows rugs. Highly recommend.
My antique rug got wonderfully treated at Rugmasters in Berkeley! The cleaning made it much brighter and the colors now stand out. This is my second time using them and will always go there if possible. Two thumbs up 👍!
RUG MASTERS PICKED UP OUR VERY HEAVY 8X10 WOOL RUG AND BROUGHT IT BACK WITH ITS TRUE VIBRANT COLORS SHINING THROUGH! The two gentlemen we dealt with were kind and prompt! Nice experience!
