This was excellent service. Mr. Mena got straight to work quickly removing the rug from every room of my apartment. Understanding I have a toddler, he went back over his work sometime twice to ensuring there were no remaining nails or staples that could potentially cause harm. And it was all done for a great price. I 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I’ve used Rug doctor Mena’s service and each time he gets the job done and leaves me extremely satisfied! I have a very expensive rug and he’s repaired holes in it from Bunny rabbit chewing to also getting a massive ketchup spill out of my rug. Thank you for being professional, reliable and great at what you do. I’m referring him to all of my friends. Also he cleaned two of my white couches for me as well! They both looked like they came back from the showroom floor once he finished.

I just relocated and I used Rug doctor twice to clean my silk area rugs. He did a great job. I also had an area where my dog urined and it was gone. His price is affordable, he is professional and I will be using them again for future cleaning.
