I ordered a new rug doctor tile and grout cleaner and when I opened it, there was water, soap, and hair inside the unit. I was issued an RMA #XXXXXXXX and advised once the unit received I would be issued a refund in 3-5 days. Rug doctor received the returned unit on the 20th of May 2019. It is now May 31st 2019 and after 4 phone calls and 1 call to a supervisor, I still have not received a refund. This is ridiculous. This has been the worst experience with Rug Doctor. You tell me it is my responsibility to gorilla glue the main piece on the machine that literally just snaps off and breaks, when two managers on separate occasions spoke with me and told me it was a design flaw and the replacement piece was not compatible with the machine I had bought. And it was also suggested I go to a third party to find another piece. Are you kidding me? $300.00 machine and I can't use it nor can I order a part. The worst ever.
