Waste of time and money. First machine rented was broken. We called into the customer service line and they told us to return it and type in the case code to exchange it. When we did this there was no exchange option, you have to call them to have them remotely open it up. We instead had to purchase a new rental since this was not expressed to us. I agree with the previous post. It is useless, I can't tell difference after cleaning unfortunately.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! $70 worth of equipment, rug doctor carpet cleaner and spot treatments and my carpet looks EXACTLY the same....... just use the money you would waste on rug doctor and have someone come out and clean the carpets for you. NEVER again will I rent one.
