When I rented the first machine. The hose was ducted taped. The cable was frayed. When I went to unplug the cord the ground was stuck in the extension cord. It seemed like whoever used it prior just stuck the ground back into the plug and returned it. I took it back to the store and they gave me another one. That one didn't seem as damaged as the first. Just rented a rug doctor machine what the upholstery attachment and the upholstery attachment doesn't even work..... I called to speak to somebody about it and of course you can't speak to anybody
Doesnt answer phone, and no answering maching either to list days/hours open
