Rented a Rug Doctor machine, returned it on time and was charged for an extra day. Placed a call to customer service, they showed unit was returned on time and they would issue a refund. My first call was on 7-14-24. I've called them 7 times and still no refund as of 10-18-24. Each time I've been told "there is no record of anyone processing your refund" "your refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days". Just OK. With a slight design change, it could work a lot better.
Horrible drivers! Almost caused an accident speeding and cutting off cars.
This machine is terrible hire a real steam cleaner as this doesn’t compare
STAY AWAY Rented unit from a Walmart kiosk, would not spin brush or circulate water just made noise. Tried calling the customer service number on a Saturday morning, got a recording. Email sent with no reply. Called in the week was told all they can do is offer a discount on another rental. Total waste of time and money.
