Go some where else We will not buy anything from the Casa Grande Lowe's even if it is the last store on earth. Their employees do not care and are not willing to help. Fraud Alert! Carpet Mills promised us a stain-resistance warranty on the very high-end carpet we purchased for $8000. We never received the paperwork necessary for that warranty to take affect (for the warranty to be valid they need to provide an itemized invoice, a certification that the proper pad was used, certification for the installer, etc.) -- we never received any of these items. Your company advertises the lowest and best service, how do I say this. YOU ARE A LIAR! I am glad I only had my sofas done. That was a must and I couldn’t let you guys leave without cleaning that. But I got quote at other places and they had a much better deal for the carpet. They came out ON TIME AND even re-clean the sofa’s you guys so called cleaned. Please for your company sake
I called the company to tell them that they had over charged us for such a poor job, and instead of being apologetic the owner of the company starts yelling and screaming at me, calling me a liar, said I was trying to pull a scam on him and he hung up on me! Completely unprofessional. BE AWARE. SCAM RIP-OFF COMPANY.
I went to rent a trencher machine and when I was using it, it stopped working and returned for another one. When my rent was done they charged me for breaking the other one, even though they said they just fixed it and I think they didn't fix it right. Accused me of misusing it, when I know it wasn't a misuse, it was their fault. Will never rent or buy anything at home depot
