My gorgeous Oriental area rug was damaged by the accidently spilled red wine. I honestly didn't believe that the stain could be removed because it appeared to be so awful. Exactly on a beige area, red wins. I called your firm right away because I was so unhappy, and a few hours later a technician was at my house to bring up the rug. From the factory, they gave me a call and emailed me images of the rug. The stain was entirely eliminated. Excellent service from a highly competent business. I'm grateful.
