Update: One week later, I see that one of my area rugs is ruined. It’s fibers in the rug that look burnt (or brown) from the bleached that he used. Spots that look yellows and some looks brown. Either way, I’m going to have to replace my rug and I’m not happy. I would never use this guy again.

We bought a house and were dismayed to find a blockage in our dryer duct. We contacted Hydroclean and they had a team out next day that made easy job of the issue. The back office was and the workers were constructive and informative. I recommend this company and we plan to use them in the future!

We have used this work a few times to clean our carpets and time they have done an superb job. Dean and Russell were thorough and courteous. Dean explained well options to consider in the future and ways to save. We were very satisfied with the service and the technicians.
