I recently used their rug cleaning services to clean four of my Persian area rugs, and I was very pleased with their customer service and cleaning quality. There were no hidden fees and the price they quoted me over the phone was the price I paid. The rugs were picked up and returned to me on the agreed-upon date. Overall, I am pleased with their rug cleaning services and will gladly recommend them to family and friends in New York.

We had an unintentional red wine spill and thought we'd have to replace our rug. R‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎g C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎i‎‎n‎‎g P‎‎e‎‎l‎‎‎‎h‎‎a‎‎m’s tech arrived the same day we called, removed all of our furniture, took our rug, and returned it to us in 7 days with the stain completely removed! A true gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. From now on, we will use R‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎u‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎g C‎‎l‎‎‎‎e‎‎an‎‎i‎‎n‎‎g P‎‎e‎‎l‎‎‎‎h‎‎a‎‎m for all of our rug needs.
