No review did I leave with so many excitement as this one. It would be shame not to write how great job these guys did. Actually, I had a very precious rug from my grandma but it was kinda torn and very, very dirty with 2 huge old stains. When the technicians came and saw the rug, they were very honest. They did not promise they will fix the issues 100%. I used Oxford Cleaners for our area rugs and they were fast and very efficient. Rugs were delivered back to our address in 8 days and the delivery was scheduled day before and I was happy with the final results of cleaning.

They arrived on time and provided us with professional advice and estimate. I had some stains on our carpet which were not removed by the carpet cleaner we used before, but Oxford Cleaners managed to clean all the stains and dirt. Excellent service and affordable price.

Our carpet looks as good as it did when we moved into our house. Pete-their carpet cleaning technician was able to remove the stains out of the high traffic areas and it's been a few weeks since he's cleaned it, and unlike the other companies we've used, those stains didn't reappear in few days .I am so happy with my carpets, I cannot describe.
