Tom was extremely timely. Called right before and day of. Went through early room to explain process. Takes pride in his work and it shows.
Tom contacted me right away once & purchased carpet cleaning for a room. We set an appointment up with in a day of the initial contract. It was prompt courteous! – not only did he perform the carpet cleaning for the bedroom; closet but also cleaned several area carpets at no xtra charge. Made suggestions for future! Also left several business cards & my suggestions-would definity hire again and recommend.
Derrick did on excellent job. The furniture looks great. Punctual, reliable, extraordinarily courteous. A pleasure to deal with.
