Mountain Lakes provided great help with my rug. They got rid of the stains from my pets with no problem. They told me how much it would cost at the start, and I was happy about paying it. It took a while to get an appointment, but the people were easy to talk to and seemed to know what they were doing. Overall, a top of the line cleaning.

Seriously, Rachel and her crew are miracle workers. Our old, beat-up rugs? Filthy doesn’t even cover it. Now they look like we just bought 'em. These folks showed up on the dot, treated our pricey Persian with more respect than we do, and didn’t cut corners. Honestly, you get what you pay for, and this was worth every dime.

Mountain Lakes did a great job and acted like pros. They got a handle on the stains from everyone walking on my entryway rug. It was kind of expensive, but it was worth it because it’s so clean. The people were nice and made it easy. Every time someone comes in my house they compliment my rug.

Felipe tam at Rug Cleaning & Carpet Care Mountain Lakes worked quickly and did a great overall cleaning job. I just wish they had vacuumed a bit more thoroughly afterward, as I noticed some lint remaining. But my rug is completely spotless now, and Felipe and his staff were all very professional. I'd use Mountain Lakes Rug Cleaning services again.
