I would give Mori and Accents Galleria 10 stars if I could! I took 3 carpets to Accents Galleria for cleaning. The carpets, each 10'x10' or larger, were made of wool, silk or synthetic material. I asked Mori to recommend a way to ship them from Kansas City to New York City. Noting that he ships carpets all the time, he offered to ship the three for us after cleaning. Hands down the best rug store in the KC area. I had a great experience purchasing a rug from Accents Galleria. The owner, Mori, is incredibly honest and helpful, making sure I found the perfect piece for my home at a great price. I’ve also used them for professional rug cleaning in Kansas City and the results were amazing—they truly are experts at what they do. If you need Persian rugs, modern area rugs, or rug restoration, this is the place to go. 10/10 service!

After reading all the positive reviews, I took three rugs to be cleaned to Mory. Normally, I don’t bother posting reviews, but in this case feel a warning is warranted. The rugs were not thoroughly rinsed, detergent was left in the rugs, and where the dirty water was drained from the body of the rug, sticky dirty residue was left in the fringe.
