i took six of our rugs to be cleaned, and I couldn't be happier! The owner, Mori, is so knowledgable and professional, and friendly, too. He gave me advice on caring for our rugs and genuinely cared about protecting them so they'll last forever and look fabulous. I am so glad I found him!

We brought our large rug in for cleaning. From the get go, Mori was great! First, over the phone, he taught me how to fold our 8 by 12 foot rug so that it would fit in the car. Then, once in the shop, he told us where the rug was made and its approximate value. We did not realize this, but the fray on the rug needed repair. He explained how years of vacuuming caused the threads to loosen and come off. I learned so much about rugs during our visit! At his suggestion, we had the rug both cleaned and repaired.
