I worked with Mori at Accents Galleria and he was extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to. I got a wool rug cleaned that has been in my family for 50+ years. They were able to brighten up the colors and make it look fantastic. Their price is very reasonable, and I trust the work they do based on the many years of experience. Awesome store and superb people to work with.

A rug is a rug is a rug, right? At least that's what I thought. As a first time rug-owner, Mori made sure I understood the importance of maintenance and care, all while making sure that rug I brought in was cleaned and in tip-top shape. Any future rug needs/cleanings I have will be at Accents Galleria with Mori.
Mori was so wonderful to work with! I purchased a vintage rug online that arrived very very dirty and very very smelly. Mori took great care to educate me on my new rug, its material, its care, etc. He cleaned it so well and its smell was completely eliminated. He was so sweet and so great to work with - I will absolutely take any future rugs to him as well.
When we asked friends where to go to have our area rugs cleaned we were told to use Accent Galleria. We followed their advice and were not disappointed. Mori did an excellent job of answering all our questions and even FaceTimed us to walk us through the process of folding our rugs for transport. He was very hands on. We could not have asked for better service and will definitely use them again next time. Mori is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
