Mori did a fabulous job cleaning and repairing our antique heriz carpets. He loves old carpets and cares for them with the knowledge and respect for them that he has accumulated with his years of experience in the profession. After a fine cleaning, his staff inspected the carpet for tears and damage and proactively made repairs. Mori is a gem in the antique carpet business in Kansas City and all my rugs are going to him from now on.
I took an old (vacuum abused) Persian QashQai rug into Mori at Accents. It was in need of repair and cleaning. They transformed it and returned it to the Gem it was meant to be. I can't speak highly enough of their knowledge, professionalism and craftsmanship.
Mori is the man! Always great service and very knowledgeable. He’s so sweet to my young kids when we come in. We’ve gotten our large wool rug cleaned and pool table installed through him. 10/10 would recommend.
We have had wonderful experiences working with Mori at Accents Gallery. Most recently we had four seat cushions replaced for our kitchen island chairs. From start to finish, Mori guided us with his professional knowledge resulting in the finished product that totally suited our taste. I dropped off my hand tufted rug to be professionally cleaned and Mori was super nice and helpful. He gave me a quote and called me 2 weeks later to have me pick it up. They only accept cash or check. My rug smelled super wonderful and the service was superb. I would definitely recommend going to this place for friendly service and easy transactions. They also have a great variety of unique rugs for sale too!
