I was surprised to see how clean it looked. The stains were gone, and the wool felt soft again. The rug looked fresh but still natural. I’m satisfied with the overall service.

This is the second time we've used Cleaning Brooklyn and we are glad we did. The pick up and delivery was easy and the rug looks beautiful. We carried this Moroccan rug back with us from Fez 18 years ago because we fell in love with it. We are having a second honeymoon!
