The younger guy at the counter is an entitled prick.... for one he doesn’t acknowledge woman at all my girlfriend went to buy a glock and he only talked to me and would only answer my questions.... pretty rude. Also the owner doesn’t have any courtesy when you are out in the Forrest shooting. Dropped off my firearm to get warrantied. Was told that savage will take care of it. Charged me $40 for repair on a brand new gun. Then when I asked for 9mm ammo Justin stated he had 3 boxes in, but was unwilling to sell them to me. I do not recommend this crooked company.
Fast turn around in mil slides
I have bought several firearms from Ruff's, as well as ammo and accessories. Always a good experience. When the gun craze happened several years ago, they spent hours on the phone to get my background approved. It was so busy I couldn't get it that day. It was Christmas and they really went above and beyond. I was able to get my weapon upon the next business day. But hats off to the guys at Ruff's!
The team at Ruff’s will make sure that you have the right firearm and accessories for your particular need. It is very easy to waste money on the wrong equipment. They have the experience to make sure this doesn’t happen to you at their shop. Most importantly, they will continue to assist you after your purchase.

I chose the rifle I wanted and they suggested a scope, and they mounted. Love my rifle and the scope. Looking to buy another rifle from here.
