The younger guy at the counter is an entitled prick.... for one he doesn’t acknowledge woman at all my girlfriend went to buy a glock and he only talked to me and would only answer my questions.... pretty rude. Also the owner doesn’t have any courtesy when you are out in the Forrest shooting. He rolled up in his white raptor with black rims and went down range from where we were shooting to set up his home made targets... pretty hard to miss one of the only first gen white raptor with black rims in flagstaff especially when ... read more
Dropped off my firearm to get warrantied. Was told that savage will take care of it. Charged me $40 for repair on a brand new gun. Then when I asked for 9mm ammo Justin stated he had 3 boxes in, but was unwilling to sell them to me. I do not recommend this crooked company.

I have bought several firearms from Ruff's, as well as ammo and accessories. Always a good experience. When the gun craze happened several years ago, they spent hours on the phone to get my background approved. It was so busy I couldn't get it that day. It was Christmas and they really went above and beyond. I was able to get my weapon upon the next business day. But hats off to the guys at Ruff's!

I chose the rifle I wanted and they suggested a scope, and they mounted. Love my rifle and the scope. Looking to buy another rifle from here.
