Couldn't ask for a better pageant store...and just love Shanon and Beth!!! They are awesome to work with:-)
They don't have an ugly dress in the store and never do, so you cannot go wrong here! At Ruffles and Rhinestones, you will find a very talented seamstress (which you don't appreciate as much until you leave home and cannot find a decent one!) and besides, the most pleasant and genuine people own and work here, so I have no desire to shop anywhere else for pageant wear!
