Heard/read so many reviews about the food. We had a party of 8 and were so disappointed. Apps: Calamari was so tough (no tentacles-smallest order I have ever seen in an Italian restaurant). We had to say something. They offered to take one order off the bill. Baked clams not chewable at all. Minestrone soup tasted like Progresso soup. Most of the side veggies were not fresh. On a good note, Staff was nice so gave 2 stars. Didn't stay for dessert and will never return for approximately $80 per person.
Most delicious Italian meal I have had in this area, ever. From the thoughtful complimentary salad to the dessert, everything was fresh and clearly made to order. Will be telling everybody about this place!!!
We ordered take out from Ruffino Ristorante for the first time after receiving a recommendation from my nephew. We were very happy with the choice to order from here. The servings were generous and the food was fresh, delicious and arrived piping hot. If you are in the area I would recommend you try them out, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ruffino Ristorante for such a delicious meal, we will be back.
After a glowing recommendation from my son, we ordered takeout from Lynbrook’s Ruffino Ristorante this past week. Veal Marsala, chicken parm, chicken Marsala, chicken franchise, penne vodka, potatoes, veggies, mozzarella and tomato - all absolutely delicious! Timely delivery, generous portions, fresh ingredients, all perfectly cooked! Highly recommend Ruffino. Support local business - you will be so glad you did!
My wife & I went to Ruffino's recently. As usual, we were well-greeted when we entered. The service is superb, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent (and freshly made). We can't say enough about this restaurant. We highly recommend it for a truly enjoyable experience.
