I called and left a voicemail to schedule an appointment to quote our project. Received a call back 3 days later. Explained we were interested in a pondless waterfall approximately 25 feet and we have a hill where it would utilize the natural topography. The owner said he would call me back after he checks his schedule. That was two weeks ago. I thought it was strange somewhat would not set an appointment while the customer is on the phone.
Scott and his team are amazing! Installed my pond in 2017. Connor and the guys have been doing spring cleaning for the last 5 years. Couldn't be happier, all the guys have been extremely professional and have done a great job! Looking forward to another summer with sparkling water.
