I called twice and left messages to schedule an estimate to repair / replace a fountain in my backyard. My calls were never returned.
We have been doing business with Ruff waters for years since Scott Ruff and his team built our backyard pond. Their quality of service is next to none. Scott is always super nice to take care of any issue with the pond. Lately, his nephew, Conner is taking care of our pond. I cannot say enough good things about his service. The staff is very professional and knowlegable. Good service. We are going to purchase a tank from them for our new location.
Derek and Ryan do an amazing job on our tank each week. They're able to inform us what food, plants, other fish can go together. It's always really clean and cared for. We constantly get complimented on how amazing and our fish look at work! Thanks Ruff Waters!
