Positive experiences for years Have been taking our dogs to Ruff Cuts since their business began, and only positive things to say. Our smaller dog needs to go for grooming every 8 weeks and is very skittish around people she doesn't know/isn't comfortable with. However, every time we've taken her to Ruff Cuts, and picked her up later, she's been in a good mood and excited to see her groomer. Maybe she feels like it's a 'spa day'?

Horrible Experience I recently got my dog groomed at Ruff Cuts. At first the people working there were very friendly. After picking up my dog I realized that not only was he not groomed the way that I specified (I told them to "clean him up" and he came out completely shaven), but his attitude had also changed along with his haircut. Great grooming Took my grand dog for a grooming.. thought maybe it was time for me to try a pet grooming .. the place is huge and clean and a nice freindly people .. the minute you enter they are all over your pet just as if your dog was their friend .. location is great .. parking is a plus .. huge place for dogs .. they do alot of gromming and supplies are there . pet boarding is available .. I sure could see another day of grooming coming .. highly recommend ..
