We left our dog Durango with Ruff INN It for a week, and we are so happy with our experience! He was well cared for, we were able to see photos of him on Facebook and we got to relax even more on our vacation knowing he was having fun both inside and outside. Thank you so much to Ruff INN It - our new favorite boarding facility!
Ruff Inn It is the best place in Tri-Cities to take your fur babies when you’re leaving town. They have a fantastic kennel/doggy condo area with tons of room to play inside and outside. Very safe for dogs of all sizes. The owners are loving, fun and caring towards the dogs and I know Wrigley & Ginger had a great time!!

This is the place to go to get your dogs haircut. Greg has done a great job our Labradoodles. His prices are very fair and and he does a great job every time the only place I recommend. I am extremely picky person when it comes to getting my dogs haircut.
I'm so happy for the new boarding! My pooches love Greg & Becky! They don't like it when I bathe them, but my girl, Bean, stands in his tub wagging her tail! They are always happy to go see Greg for their Spa treatment :) They are some of the best people I know! They are passionate about what they do, so if you are not going to Ruff Cuts, you are at the wrong place!
We go to Greg for grooming and ADORE HIM! I have sent plenty of people his way including my mother in law who has gone to the same groomer for 14+ years! We both will be using Greg for any kennel needs for our dogs and know they would Love it! Greg truly loves each dog like his own and you can tell!
It's so much more than a Doggy Day Care, it's like dropping your pets off at grandma's house!! You know, the place where your kids get spoiled with treats and an over abundance of love? Every pet who stays at Ruff "INN" It is treated like children of their own! That's a GARUNTEE. ��
