I wish I can do than less. Thay are very un professional and the dr is so unkind and refused to do refills on my son’s insulin until he sees endocrinologist which will take another 2 months

Dr.Bestawrour is great, but his staff is the WORST Especially katie we've always had issues with her due to her terrible attitude because of her a lot of my family members have discontinued going to his office for medical attention/ Treatment. My family and I have been getting seen with this doctor for 15 plus years He's had great nurse practitioners over the years but the good ones don't seem to last very long. Been going to this office for a while. They strictly do not let you do more than 2 referrals in a YEAR if you have HMO. They do not care how long you been going there and your loyalty, nor do they have any customer service skills. They would rather not deal with the extra “work”, which is simply faxing a sheet of paper over. Businesses like these won’t survive in the long run, as customer service is more important than ever with newer offices focusing very heavily on customer service. I recently returned to the Rufe Snow Clinic. All the staff was kind, courteous and the PA was very knowledgeable. I had stopped going because of the previous staff members being rude and disrespectful but they are no longer there. I can say it was a pleasure to return to a place that I really like the Dr. and now I like the staff.
