Sadly we cannot recommend this veterinary practice. They have messed up several of our appointments with our dog, not giving shots when he needed them and calling us back in later. We have had to reschedule surgery twice now (a surgery our dog has to have before we can board him while we go on our anniversary trip) because of office errors on their part, and this time when my husband called to confirm the scheduled date, they suddenly had no record of the appointment! I am IN LOVE with this Vet!! We just moved right down the road and I saw they had great reviews, so I thought I'd check them out. We get our 3 dogs' nails trimmed every 4 weeks. Their nail trims and office visits are SO MUCH CHEAPER than where we were going. Dr. Graham came out and introduced himself. He was so sweet and full of information. His daughter was helping out in the front with another lady and they were so great and made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this Vet. Looking forward to using them for years to come.

Known Dr. Graham for years – I have taken 2 dogs & a bird to this establishment & there is NOTHING this man can't do. He has a charisma & charm that the animals connect with. He takes times to explain things to us people and is always courteous. I have an appt next Monday for him to meet my latest doggie.

I definitely recommend coming here. This is a very good clinic. I have been bringing my animals, mostly cats, to this clinic for ten years and I have not been let down a single time. The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are amazing and skilled at handling animals safely and humanely. They are very nice and knowledgable and helpful. Rufe Snow Animal Clinic is great with animals. This place really took care of my babies. They were affordable. I will definitely keep taking my loved ones here to get their shots. We were all treated great here.
I love Dr. G This place is small but the attention you get is BIG! Very affordable and Dr. G always remembers my pets name. That is important to me. I work at Dog de' Salon in Keller and refer him all the time, because I believe him to be the best Vet I have ever used.
