Dr. Ruetzel is an exceptional physician who truly cares about his patients. I felt completely comfortable sharing my concerns with him, and he took the time to walk me through the process thoroughly. I was feeling frustrated, but he listened with compassion and provided a clear treatment plan to start with, allowing us to escalate care only if necessary. Dr Ruetzel did my hysterectomy a year ago and it was the best experience it could have been. I didn’t feel unnecessarily poked, prodded, or tested and he never tried to talk me out of it. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. And when I asked for a picture of the fibroid he was removing he was all for it! And I did get my pictures after the surgery, so he came through for me. I was a little nervous to come here because of the reviews but let me tell you what AMAZING CARE! Everyone in the staff is so nice! I went in there thinking one option was the best for me and with the information and unbiased professionals recommendation I found myself choosing another option of birth control! Dr is very very informative and relaxed. He makes sure you are educated on ALL your options and also like to throw in some jokes. Very nice man and funny very glad my referral was sent here!
