Contacted regarding a prior survey taken. Asked to speak to Surveyor however , I am still awaiting that call.
2 stars and here is why. As a for sale by owner house seller I recently called to order a survey. I was quoted $1,800 over the phone for a standard plot which is a boundary line drawing and staking. I thought that seems a little high so I checked with another company to compare and got the same job for $600. So it is my best opinion that since I was going as myself and not going through an attorney they were trying to gouge me. What other explanation could there be?
