I was locked out of my apartment due to losing my house key on one of the worst days possible as winter weather took over and winds were gusting at 45mph - Ben had me wait in my car to keep warm until he gave me the thumbs up 👍🏻 that we were in!! I purchased a Toyota Tacoma with a camper shell, but unfortunately the dealer couldn't (or wouldn't) get keys for the back hatch. I've had great customer service at Rueschoff's, and this experience was no exception. Employee Conner Berry through his skill and trial and error was able to figure out the correct key for the hatch lock. The hatch lock gave little information, and there was no identification on the brand name of the shell.
