Ben was the best! Great employees & great company!
My neighbor got locked out of her apartment. The guy who showed up tried to drill into the deadbolt and said the plate prevented drilling. He said not much else they could do. She had no phone, no wallet nothing. I gave 2 stars rather than 1 because at least he didn't charge her and he left. We called a different locksmith and he had her in within 5 minutes and no damage to the door.
Not real professional after hours staff. Not 100% sure he knew how to do his job. Was unable to get the door open and attempted to drill making a dent but still didn't get the door open, then just left. Called Sam's mobile locksmith, he had it open without a drill in less than 5 mins.
