I had a keypad deadbolt installed on one door and new deadbolt installed on another. The first door was simply not squared up and had been very difficult to use. The technician worked diligently until all is well. He was good humored through the entire ordeal! The other deadbolt installation was simpler for him. He made keys….showed me how to use the keypad lock…..couldn’t have asked for a better job. Thanks! The locksmith kept changing the price as the job went on. Completely untrustworthy and dishonest.
I was quoted one price on the phone, but when the locksmith arrived, the final bill was almost triple. This feels like a scam more than a service.
Great service and punctual.
