Why would you charge for your tech’s incompetence? It shouldn’t cost me $60 to have someone come tell me they CAN’T open my door. I will spread the word not to use this business until the day I die.
This is the second time I needed a key made from a bent flip key for my car. They are the only ones who could take a worn key and make one that works GREAT! Such a relief to be able to start car!! The person making it said it was so worn he couldn’t get an accurate code but he was diligent. He made two to try and one was perfect. We didn’t have the car with us because we couldn’t start it and it was at an auto shop, and he wanted us to be able to drive it. Thank you!!
