Rue 21 in LR, Ark Outlet Mall needs to close down. They need to train the kid Managers I go in and they don't have money to give change and the wrong price tags are on the jeans and because she was the manager she removed the price tag and said it was the wrong price soo didn't get anything and I noticed another register and she had cash so I walked up to her she said I'm going on break at that point I was over Rue 0 and I was in there Christmas spending money and went back the very next day and wanted more but they lost out

Sabrina need customer service training, arguing w/a customer because she (Sabrina) incorrectly charged & left sensors on merchandise, so sad and embarrassing. We waited 10+ minutes to get a receipt but was told WE needed to hurry (??)@ 730 because they were closing. I understand ppl get frustrated during holidays however, poor customer service plus being rude to a customer who refrains from a feeding into negative behavior is unacceptable. Send a secret shopper in their ASAP
I think it's very rude and unprofessional that people have gift cards and they can not be used I'm not getting any info on how to get my money back. This company sucks
I got hacked by this compnay , 3 days before christmas and you can not contact anyone by phone , there is charges made to bank account from purchases , no order number nothing i havnt bought anything since december 9 and that order is complete , this also put me in negative balance
